Privacy Policy
M3D Concrete is a concrete contractor based in Palmdale, California. This page explains what we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
The short version
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and has no advertising or tracking pixels on it. We only hold the details you choose to send us when you ask for an estimate.
What you send us
If you use the estimate form, or call or email us, you may give us:
- Your name and phone number
- The city the job is in
- What you need built, the finish, the rough size and your timing
- Photos of the area, if you attach them to that email
- Anything else you write in the notes
The estimate form does not submit to a server. It opens your own email program with the details filled in, and nothing reaches us until you press send. That means your enquiry travels through your email provider and ours, the same as any other email you write.
Why we hold it
To prepare your estimate, to call you back about it, and to keep a record of work we have quoted or carried out. Nothing else.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your details to anybody
- We do not send marketing email or add you to a list
- We do not build a profile of you or track you across other sites
What this site loads from elsewhere
The typefaces on this site are served by Google Fonts. When your browser requests them, Google receives your IP address and basic browser information, as it does for any site using that service. We receive nothing from it.
Links to our Instagram and TikTok pages, and to the California licence record, take you to those companies' own sites. Their privacy terms apply once you are there, not ours.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our email and phone records for as long as they are useful for the job or for our own business records. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will deal with it.
Children
This site is meant for people arranging concrete work. We do not knowingly collect anything from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
