These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the contract for your concrete work. Any job we take on is governed by the written proposal and contract we sign with you, and where those differ from this page, the signed contract wins.
Who we are
M3D Concrete, a concrete contractor in Palmdale, California, licensed by the California State License Board under licence 1143584. You can verify that licence yourself at the link above, and we would rather you did.
Using this site
You may read this site, share links to it, and contact us through it. Do not attempt to break it, scrape it wholesale, or use it to send us anything unlawful or abusive.
Estimates are estimates
Anything you request through this site is a request, not a booking. An estimate becomes binding only when it is written up, priced and signed by both sides. Sizes, timings and prices mentioned on this site are general guidance to help you plan, and the real numbers depend on the site, the access, the ground and the scope.
Photographs and content
The photographs on this site are of work we poured. The text, images, logo and design belong to M3D Concrete. Do not reuse them for another contractor's marketing.
Where a moving sequence has been generated from our own photographs, the page says so on the spot rather than leaving you to guess.
What you send us
If you send us photographs of your property, you confirm you are entitled to share them, and you allow us to use them to prepare and discuss your estimate. We will ask you first if we ever want to show your finished job in our own portfolio.
Links out
This site links to Instagram, TikTok and the California State License Board. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.
No warranty on the site itself
We keep this site accurate and available as best we can, but we do not promise it will be free of errors or never go down. Workmanship warranties on concrete we pour are a separate matter and are set out in your contract.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them.
